Israel's national repentance (Acts 3:19) and confession that Jesus is the Messiah (Matthew 23:39) is deeply rooted in the return of Jesus, the fulfillment of the great commission, and "life from the dead" (Romans 11:15) for the whole earth. Jesus will not return until the leaders in Jerusalem recognize him as the Messiah according to Psalm 118:26. Jesus himself says: "Jerusalem, Jerusalem... I tell you, you will not see me from now on until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!'" (Mt 23:37-39)

We believe this 21-day Isaiah 62 Global Fast & Prayer will be a catalyst that will accelerate biblical conversation about Israel in the body of Jesus in all nations at this hour. This fast will end on Pentecost Sunday, May 28th. On that day, 100 million believers will pray together for Israel in response to God's call through Jason Hubbard, Eric Watt and the "110 Cities team".

To our knowledge, this will be the first time in history that many thousands will pray 24 hours a day for 21 days for God's promises to Israel. The uniqueness of this prayer initiative is itself a sign of the times and an acceleration of God's appointed time "for a generation yet to be made" (Psalm 102:13-18).

This 21-day period of fasting and prayer is a “Global Esther Moment” (Est 4:14-16) that will be a significant preparatory work for the final Global Esther Moment when millions of Christians engage in prayer, boldly stand up for God's purposes for Israel (as the Scriptures say) and stand by Israel as anti-Semitism rises until Jesus returns (Zech 14:1-5). This fast is also relevant today as Israel faces several very significant conflicts.

Our prayers will be guided daily by the prophetic words for God's people in Ezekiel 37. We see this biblical message as a central word for Israel at this time and as a current expression of God's heart desires.
